For our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Strategy and Management Consulting Intern for a period of 6+ months in our Geneva, Lausanne or Zurich office

Bring to life what's next
Project support at the customer's site in one of our consulting teams Taking on small, independent (parts of) projects Collaboration in data collection and analysis as well as information gathering Preparation and execution of client workshops Getting to know the consultant skillset and our methodologies Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy and IT
Your qualifications
Academic excellence : outstanding masters degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, (Information) Technology, or Psychology. Industry knowledge : initial practical project experience related to digital transformation in the context of internships, a student trainee position, or a commercial/technical apprenticeship in one of our focus industries (financial services, consumer products, and manufacturing or life sciences). Consulting experience : initial expertise in consulting and project management. Conceptual talent : rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication and presentation skills : fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills. Digital affinity : very good MS Office skills.
