As part of a project tointroduce a new molecule, you will manage analytical methodtransfers, validation and QC readiness wihtin a regulatedcGMP-compliant environment.

Your keyresponsibilities:

  • Organize/ validateanalytical tests; ensure accuracy and compliance withprotocols;
  • Draft, review, and update validationprotocols, risk assessments, and qualitydocumentation;
  • Coordinate closely with QC toensure seamless knowledge transfer and labreadiness;
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)on analytical methods, new equipment qualification, providingexpertise across teams;
  • Ensure strict adherenceto cGMP and HSE standards; actively participate in CAPA, deviationinvestigations, and safetyimprovements;
  • Promote HSE policies within theteam, ensure safe lab practices, and report any incidents ornear-misses to maintain a safe workenvironment.

Whatwill make you successful:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degreewith hands-on laboratory experience;
  • Fluency inFrench and English, both spoken andwritten;
  • Practical knowledge of analyticalmethods (HPLC/UPLC, GC, KF, RMN a plus) and equipmenttroubleshooting; mandatory expertise in Empowersoftware;
  • Skilled in MS Office and basicstatistical analysis;
  • Excellent communicationskills, with a solution-oriented and customer-focusedmindset;
  • Highly organized, pragmatic,proactive, and a responsible team player with a criticalmindset.
