Responsabilités et tâches

Développement des ventes de services Cloud via la marketplace Also (CA, nombre de revendeurs…), Vous êtes le relais principal des offres Cloud vers les revendeurs afin de les accompagner dans la transition vers le Cloud, Mettre en œuvre les argumentaires des services selon la typologie de clients, Assurer le suivi avec le plateau commercial et les commerciaux terrains, S’assurer de la satisfaction clients et de la bonne gestion des litiges avec l’équipe support (local et centralisée), Reporting et suivi hebdomadaire avec l’équipe Europe, Animation de formation, webinaires et workshops, Ambassadeur des offres Cloud Microsoft,

Qualifications, compétences et compétences

Formation Bac+2 minimum à dominante commerciale, Maîtrise du discours autour du Cloud (Hébergement, Iaas, Saas,), Expérience dans l’IT (connaissance des principaux acteurs du monde de l’IT), Connaissances exigées Microsoft (Azure, O365, Exchange server, Windows server), Infrastructure (One Premise / Hybrid / cloud) avec une connaissance des principaux acteurs du monde de l’IT, une certification MS 365 serait un plus, Déplacements ponctuels en France Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite), Goût du challenge, réactivité, Fort esprit d’équipe avec la capacité de s’engager dans une équipe virtuelle multifonctionnelle, Dynamique et accrocheur, Compétences dans Microsoft Office (MS Excel en particulier), Maîtrise Français et Anglais.
