Nous recherchons un/e Ingénieur ProjectOperations

 

Notre client est une sociétéinternationale travaillant dans les dispositifsmédicaux. 

Le poste est situé dans le cantonde Neuchâtel.

Il s’agit d’un contrat temporaire àdurée indéterminée.


Pour supporter ledépartement Continuous Improvement & PMO, nousrecherchons

un Ingénieur Project Operations avecune expérience Technique et Processpour

diagnostiquer, proposer et implémenter dessolutions novatrices sur nos lignesde

productions critiques. Les responsabilités dece rôle se partage entre gestion de

projet etmise en place de la culture lean sur les lignes deproduction.



 

Vosresponsabilités:

  • Diagnosticles lignes de production et identifie les pertes pour établir desbusiness case (Layout, Takt Time, Line balancing, Machinecapacity..)

  • Implémenter unedémarche / culture lean sur les lignes de production attribuées (Performance management, Gemba, Processconfirmation..)

  • Exécute lesprojets selon les standards du PMO et les bonnes pratiques tellesque définition de projet, charter, exécution de workshop, planningdétaillé, respect des plannings et dubudget

  • Identifierproactivement et communiquer les étapes, risques, et difficultésaux personnes impactées et au management de manièresefficace

  • Est responsable deslivrables, en tant que leader ou membre deprojet

  • Gestion de projets,participer, comme leader ou associé, à des projets dedéveloppement, transfert et/ou amélioration deprocédés.

  • Assurer lamaîtrise des équipements de production et processus de fabricationpour la partieautomation

  • Assurer lerespect des normes de sécurité lors du développement d’équipementscomprenant une partieautomation

  • Définit lastratégie de validation, avec l’équipe QualityValidation

  • Rédige lastratégie, VAF (validation Assessment form, VP (validationplan),les protocoles et rapports
     

Autorités: 

  • Décisionstechniques en relation avec les domaines decompétences.

  • Décisionsconcernant des choix techniques sur lesprojets

  • Supervisiontechnique des sous-traitants (ouconsultants).

  • Aspects HSErelatifs au domaine decompétence.

  • Soumission etapprobation de Change Order’s dans le systèmePLM

  • Apporte son support pourla résolution deNC-CAPA

  • Forme lesutilisateurs sur l’utilisation deséquipements

  • RépondantEngineering

 

Votreprofil:

 

  • Diplômed’Ingénieur ou formationéquivalente.

  • Expérience enmanufacturing Engineering dans le milieumédical.

  • Connaissance del’assurancequalité

  • Connaissance desoutils leanmanufacturing

  • Connaissancedes normes Qualité / Sécurité / Environnement relatives à sondomainetechnique.

  • Expérience dansla gestionmulti-projets

  • Connaissancede l'anglais, parlé etécrit

  • Connaissance destechniquesindustrielles.

  • Connaissanceprocess /physique.

  • Connaissance desprocessus de fabricationinterne

  • Connaissance desoutils statistiques

  • Maîtrisedes outils informatiques Office, minitab, (ev.Solidworks)

  • Rédaction derapports et présentations derésultats
