Vos missions
Planifier, exécuter et analyser l'usinage d'essai spécifique au client sur des centres d'usinage à grande vitesse, à haute performance et à haute précision de 3 à 5 axes Création de programmes CN pour l'usinage d'essai susmentionné au moyen de la CAO/FAO y compris la production d'échantillons Définition des paramètres du processus de fraisage, tels que le temps d'usinage, la précision réalisable et la qualité de surface, sur des machines existantes et/ou nouvellement développées en te-nant compte de diverses conditions Réalisation de formations technologiques dans le centre d'application ou sur le site du client Exploitation d'une ligne d'assistance téléphonique dédiée aux clients ayant des problèmes de machine et de programmation liés aux applications
Votre profil
Formation mécanique de base, idéalement avec une formation complémentaire dans le domaine de la production/fabrication ou de l'ingénierie mécanique. Plusieurs années d'expérience avérée dans l'usinage par enlèvement de copeaux CNC Très bonne connaissance de l'anglais et de l'allemand ou du français, l'italien étant un avantage
