Setze deine Fähigkeiten bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des unternehmensweiten Business Process Managements (BPM) sowie der Überarbeitung der IWB Prozesslandschaft zu End-to-End (E2E) orientierten Geschäftsprozessen ein.Wirke bei der Modellierung von unternehmensweiten Geschäftsprozessen mit und bringe deine Ideen zur Analyse und Optimierung ein.Unterstütze bei der Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen und externen Qualitätsmanagementaudits (ISO 9001 und ISO 14001).Arbeite in vielseitigen Projekten und Mandaten innerhalb des Finanzbereichs und von IWB (u.a. Automatisierung durch Workflows oder RPA, Process Mining, Machine Learning) mit.Übernehme delegierte administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben des Teams.

Du befindest dich in der Endphase deines Bachelors oder im Masterstudium (oder Abschluss innerhalb der letzten 12 Monate) mit der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Data Science oder vergleichbaren FachrichtungenIdealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit der Modellierung nach BPMN 2.0, im Workflow Management, mit Audits im Rahmen von ISO 9001 und/oder in BPM-Umsetzungsprojekten.Transparente und offene Kommunikation lebst du selbstverständlich.Du begeisterst dich für neue Technologien und weisst, wie du mit diesen deine Produktivität und Effizienz auf ein neues Level hebst.Modernes Projektmanagement und kunden- und prozessorientiertes Arbeiten treibt dich an.
