The Head of Corporate Services (CS) is responsible for the real estate portfolio within Country ensuring that the portfolio is actively and efficiently managed and capable of supporting the changing needs of the business going forward.
Being also locally responsible for Protective Security, the role holder will have responsibility for managing physical risk, and additional security related responsibilities.
Working with the wider global and regional Protective Security team, the job holder ensures controls are implemented to agreed standards, represents the Function to senior and executive management in the country and leads the Function’s engagement with relevant regulators and law enforcement agencies.

Protective Security:
Design and manage a practical, cost-effective Physical Protection System which mitigates risks and vulnerabilities in identified assets. Collaborate with CRE and aligned IT teams to ensure that the physical security elements of any new build or refurbishment project are clearly embedded with any PS Global Strategy requirements. Embrace new technology, processes, systems, or ways of working that enable better management of risk.Regulatory:
Ensure compliance with applicable, local regulation and HSBC guidelines, making sure to employ the higher standard of controls. RequirementsYou should apply if you have:
Professional qualification an advantage.Strong level of business awareness, financial/budget management expertise, team management and engagement skills within a corporate structure or similar.
Ability to provide real estate solutions within a corporate environment.
Proven ability to manage a large range of stakeholders, senior management, and external consultants/contractors to drive performance.
Proven ability and commitment to high standards of customer service and customer relationship management.
Ability to manage professional multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to operate in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills. High level of personal drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously across HSBC.
