Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the entrance
- Open and hold doors for guests in a polite and courteous manner
- Assist guests with loading and unloading their belongings
- Provide information and directions to guests about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Door Attendant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Good physical fitness and a presentable appearance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
