Position : Tax Analyst
Reporting to: Director- Tax
Responsibilities:
Responsible for tax compliance for a portfolio of international entitiesPreparation and review of CIT returns, advance tax computations. Tax accounting, including tax provisioning and deferred tax accounting Assist in other tax compliance requirements like transfer pricing reports, CbCR, filing tax returns in India for overseas entity, Assist in the income tax assessments, appeals and other notice received from the Government authorities for Direct Tax & International Tax. Responsible for tax accounts reconciliations in BlackLine for the portfolio of countries Assist in Merger and Integration related work. Assisting and leading liquidation processes from tax perspective Assist in projects initiatives.Skills Required:
Technical knowledge of international tax laws and regulations Tax accounting experience Communication skills Attention to detail. Problem-solving skills Ability to work independently.Experience:
CA with 1-2 years of experience or BCom/ MCOM with major in tax with 3-4 years of experience or CIMA/ACCA/CPA with 1-2 years experience Strong accounting and analytical skills Strong computer skills: proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and G Suite. ERP experience- Oracle experience preferred Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Detail oriented with ability to multitaskAbout Us:
