Contractor, Cell Therapy Logostics & Warehousing - EMEA & APAC H/F
The Contractor, Cell Therapy Logistics & Warehousing - EMEA & APAC belongs to the Global Cell Therapy Logistics, Warehousing, and Trade Operations, which is part of Cell Therapy Global Supply Chain. The role will support the transportation, receiving and distribution activities for clinical and commercial cell therapy apheresis material and finished product.
You will carry out day-to-day logistics and warehousing tasks including deviation management for region EMEA and APAC and supports logistics projects and improvements initiatives. Main internal partners are Scheduling & Logistics, Apheresis Operations, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Procurement and Technical Operations regionally and globally. Key external collaborators are specialty courier companies, warehousing partners, shipping system providers, contract manufacturing organizations and cryopreservation hubs.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
- Support daily logistics and warehousing activities in liaison with internal stakeholders
- Join weekly and monthly operations and business review meetings with logistics and warehouse suppliers
- Support change controls and improvement initiatives.
- Support project milestones to implement changes and improvements
- Report logistics and warehousing performance within standard KPI and metrics framework and on ad hoc basis
- Communicate business volume forecasts in different categories and scopes to logistics and warehousing suppliers
PROFIL ATTENDU:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics management or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant logistics, planning, or supply chain experience
- Knowledge and understanding of domestic international shipping and warehousing requirements.
- Experience with complex and highly regulated environment
- Good knowledge of GDP/GxP regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and to develop and maintain strong business partner relationships.
