Unser Qualitätsteam verfolgt das Ziel, nur Produkte auszuliefern, die den hohen Qualitätsanforderungen der Regent entsprechen. Das Team prüft und untersucht Muster, erteilt Erstmusterfreigaben, analysiert Produktfehler, welche sowohl intern als auch extern bei unseren Kunden erkannt wurden, und setzt geeignete Abstell- und Verbesserungsmassnahmen um. Durch das laufende Plan-Do-Check-Act stellt der Leiter Qualität Assurance (m/w) eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produkte und Dienst­leistungen der Regent sicher. Stets mit dem Ziel die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhöhen und die Kosten zu reduzieren.

Leiter Quality Assurance (m/w)

Deine Aufgaben Du führst das Team Quality Assurance am Standort Basel (3 Mitarbeitende) und hast die fachliche Verantwortung für das Qualitäts-Team in Serbien (6 Mitarbeitende) Du überwachst und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Qualität der Produkte und Dienstleistungen Du analysierst und löst Produktfehler durch geeignete Abstellmassnahmen und stellst durch nachhaltige Verbesserungen und Prüfverfahren eine laufende Erhöhung des Qualitätslevel sicher Du wendest aktiv Qualitäts-Analysen und -Sicherungsmethoden an und schulst diese im Team Du entwickelst Schlüssellieferanten mit dem Einkauf weiter, um eine gleich­bleibende Lieferqualität sicherzustellen Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Produktqualität und koordinierst nahtlos zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen, insbesondere Produktion und Kundendienst Dein Profil Du hast deine Grundlagen in einer technischen Ausbildung erlernt und dich im Bereich Qualität weitergebildet Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion Du bringst umfassende Fachkenntnisse in der Durchführung von Prüfungen an Komponenten und Produkten sowie im Einsatz von Qualitätssicherungs­methoden und strukturierter Fehleranalyse mit Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen Deine einwandfreien Deutsch- sowie guten Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wendest du gekonnt an, Serbisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil Du freust dich auf sporadische Geschäftsreisen zu unserem Standort in Serbien Du bist eine selbstständige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungs- sowie Kommunikationsgeschick und hast ein analytisches sowie unternehmerisches Denkvermögen Wir bieten dir Ein innovatives Unternehmen in einem dynamischen Umfeld Gelebte Tradition in Verbindung mit Werten wie Qualität und Wissen Flexible Arbeitszeiten Ein breites Angebot an Aus- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten in der Regent Lighting ACADEMY
