Project Manager Engineering

Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet en Ingénierie expérimenté et qualifié pour superviser des projets de construction et d'implémentation de lignes. Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en gestion de projet, avec une capacité avérée à créer des documents de projet, à challenger les fournisseurs et à définir les portées de projet. Ce rôle requiert une compétence technique ainsi que des compétences de leadership et de communication exceptionnelles.

Responsabilités Principales :

Planification et Gestion de Projet : Élaborer des plans de projet complets, incluant la portée, le calendrier, le budget et l'allocation des ressources.Coordonner les activités du projet, suivre les progrès et assurer le respect des délais et contraintes budgétaires.Identifier et atténuer proactivement les risques et problèmes du projet. Définition de Projet : Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour définir les objectifs, les exigences et les livrables du projet.Réaliser des études de faisabilité et des évaluations techniques pour garantir la viabilité du projet.Développer des spécifications et documents de projet détaillés. Gestion des Fournisseurs : Identifier et collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour les matériaux et services du projet.Évaluer les propositions des fournisseurs, négocier les contrats et gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs.Challenger les fournisseurs pour garantir la qualité, la rentabilité et la conformité aux exigences du projet. Expertise Technique : Posséder une solide formation technique en ingénierie, avec une expertise dans des domaines pertinents tels que la construction, l'implémentation de lignes, etc.Capacité à comprendre et interpréter les dessins d'ingénierie, les spécifications et documents techniques.Fournir un soutien technique et des conseils aux équipes de projet au besoin.

Exigences :

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, de préférence dans des projets d'ingénierie liés à la construction et à l'implémentation de lignes. Maîtrise de la création de documents de projet, y compris les spécifications, les plans et les rapports. Solides compétences en négociation et capacité à challenger les fournisseurs pour atteindre les objectifs du projet. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'interagir efficacement avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux. Un parcours réussi dans la livraison de projets dans les délais et le respect du budget. Certification PMP ou équivalente est un plus.
