University qualification (or equivalent) in computer-science or in a related discipline Knowledge of robotics and a solid mathematical background (trajectory planning, vibration compensation, implement FEM models in code) Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all professional levels and functions: holistic, analytic thinking, empathic At least 8 years of professional experience in state-of-the-art software development 3-5 years of leadership of highly qualified people Transformational leadership style Like to work in a dynamic and ambitious, international environment, appreciating different cultures Adequate authority: able of providing clear direction to your software team members Experience in modern C++ Continuous learning mindset and willingness to take ownership Fluent English skills; preferably German as well Enthusiasm for technologiesWe offer you
