Responsibilities

Independent administrative processing of orders from enquiry to invoice verification

Intensive communication with suppliers and internal customers

Independent negotiation of procurements of services and technical goods with a focus on drawing parts

Continuous improvement of internal processes as well as cooperation in various, also cross-divisional projects

Substitution of other purchasing clerks

Hardskills

Diploma in procurement, SCM or business administration

First professional experience in the field of purchasing

Very good IT skills: MS Office, SAP

Very good written and spoken German

Good written and spoken English

Softskills

Positive personality with negotiating skills, assertiveness and service-oriented thinking

High degree of independence and initiative

Strong technical understanding 

Precise and careful way of working
