JOB DESCRIPTION

Ziel der Stelle

Designoptimierung und Entwicklung von neuen Lösungen an Funktionsmustern und Sonderanfer-tigungen in einem agilen Umfeld in Zusammenarbeit mit R&D. Unterstützung von Projekten bei der Durchführung von Entwicklungsloops unter Verwendung der bestmöglichen Fertigungstechniken.  Dokumentierte Herstellung und Designoptimierung von Funktionsmustern, Sonderanfertigungen und Vorrichtungen. Sicherstellen der bestmöglichen Unterstützung und Dienstleistungen für die Serviceempfänger. 

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Design Optimierungen an Prototypen und Funktionsmustern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam und dem Engineering im Rahmen von Projekten und Vorprojekten. Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams bei der Entwicklung und Herstellung von neuen Produkten CAD/CAM-Programmierung und Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien auf CNC-Drehmaschinen (Citizen). Proaktive Teilnahme an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Bearbeitungsprozesse innerhalb der Abteilung und/oder der Produktionsbereiche.


Anforderungsprofil
Ausbildung

Gelernter Polymechaniker EFZ, CNC Mechaniker

Erfahrung

Mehrere Jahre (3-5) Berufserfahrung an CNC Drehmaschinen, vorzugsweise im Entwicklungsbereich Sehr gute CAD/CAM Kenntnisse für das Programmieren von CNC Drehmaschinen Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Fertigungstechnik Erfahrung in 3D Messverfahren ist von Vorteil Zweckdienliche EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office) Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
