ABOUT THE ROLE
Come work with us in the city of Zürich as a key player in our banking client's Global Messaging and Screening department within Group Technology.
Your role will blend the responsibilities of a Business Analyst and a 'Static Data Developer'. We're looking for people with strong analytical skills, excellent SQL knowledge and a solid understanding of SWIFT (Financial messaging). The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities
Define and configure the financial messages' routing logic in a complicated environment with plenty of different message types, across many up- and downstream applications Discuss, conceptualize and design solutions in collaboration with client and team Actively participate in the development and implementation of solutions with user story creation, team coordination, project scope tracking and managing requirements Work with distributed team of onshore and nearshore colleagues and work onsite with the client Take ownership of tasks and issues and follows through until completion and resolution
Requirements
Good understanding of SQL Proficient user of MS Access Understanding of SWIFT and ISO Standards and knowledge of SWIFT FIN MTs Understanding the structure of the XML documents Proven experience in using JIRA/GitLab Very good analytical skills and attention to details Fluent English skills are a must German language skills are significant advantage
Nice to have
Experience with Mainframe and DB2 database would be an advantage
