We are looking for a committed, innovative, and technically skilled person with enthusiasm for the conception, design, and implementation support of projects. The main focus of the assignment is on projects for the further development of debit and credit card products. The projects mainly involve the further development of the application landscape in the card environment and the implementation of external requirements.
Tasks:
Develop the initial situation and capture, analyze, and document the requirements for the target solution Break down high-level requirements and determine the impact of the target solution on the application landscape Support in developing the solution design of the target solution (in collaboration with domain and solution architecture) Translate requirements into technical specifications (including UML) at the feature and story level Closely accompany the IT implementation teams Create and execute test cases Work closely with product management, product owners, SAFe business owners, specialists, domain and solution architects, and developers to create an optimal product and service designRequirements (content, methodology):
Accompany the introduction activities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics or Information Technology (Business Informatics or IT background is mandatory, do not submit dossiers without corresponding knowledge) At least 5 years of proven professional experience in business engineering/business analysis (ideally supported by corresponding business engineering certification) Preferably knowledge of the financial industry, ideally even in the area of basic banking (accounts/cards) Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to convert business requirements into technical specifications Very well-founded knowledge in capturing, documenting, and modeling requirements as well as creating requirement specifications (UML diagrams, BPMN diagrams, etc.) Theoretical understanding of software design and interface technologies Practical experience with agile software development methods (SAFe, Scrum) Knowledge in creating and documenting test cases as well as in the structured execution and documentation of acceptance tests Communicative, motivated, and independent personality who likes to take the initiative and effectively collaborates with interdisciplinary teams Ability to develop innovative solutions to solve challenges with creative approaches Theoretical knowledge in database technologies including experience in database modeling, design, and management as well as knowledge in SQL Theoretical knowledge of API interface technologies and data exchange formats including SOAP, REST, JSON, XML Advantageous: technical understanding including basic knowledge in one or more programming languagesSkills:
