Watches Supply Chain Planning Manager

Vous encadrez une équipe dynamique et motivée par les challenges de 4 personnes, en charge du demand planning, de la distribution et des plans de production, ainsi que des projets d’amélioration pour l’Horlogerie, la Haute Horlogerie et les pièces détachées.
Vos rôles et missions sont les suivants :
Avec le Demand Planning, vous développez la construction scénarisée des ambitions de ventes à moyen long terme et animez la communauté des régions :
En collaboration avec le marketing horlogerie vous définissez la construction des prévisions de ventes moyen et long terme prenant en compte les plans de nouveautés. Vous traduisez les ambitions long terme auprès du marketing pour les accompagner dans la construction et l’évolution de l’offre.
Avec le demand planner, vous développez le pilotage de la fcst accuracy division et marchés, tout en définissant les bons niveaux de partage, analyse et challenge et en contribuant à enrichir les échanges avec les régions.
Vous animez le pilotage de performance des assortiments afin de proposer des guidelines par réseau de distribution.
Vous êtes responsable du niveau et de la qualité du stock mondial :
Avec les planificateurs, vous êtes garants du dimensionnement end-to-end et de la qualité des stocks : depuis les boutiques jusqu’aux buffers manufacture. Vous mettez en place les outils et les instances de pilotage de la performance des stocks : FullFilment, Rebalancing, Evolution…
Vous définissez les paramètres et les règles de distribution, notamment pour les éditions limitées et le réseau wholesale.
Vous optimisez les niveaux de stock des références en rupture ou surstock et votre communication est un atout reconnu dans de telles situations
Vous êtes en charge de coordonner l’expression du besoin de production des produits finis d’Horlogerie, de Haute Horlogerie et de pièces détachées :
Vous êtes garant des paramètres de calcul du besoin de production, et vous communiquez une vision moyen terme et long terme scénarisée à la manufacture interne. Vous contribuez aux revues mensuelles PDP avec la manufacture et vous partagez les arbitrages à prendre aux directions supply Afin de communiquer des prévisions de livraisons fiables aux marchés, vous pilotez les plans de livraison avec la manufacture et mesurez l’évolution du taux de service. En vous appuyant sur votre maîtrise des flux Supply Chain, vous identifiez et mettez en place collaborativement avec la manufacture les évolutions : réduction des lead time, fiabilisation des prévisions de besoins, flexibilité…Vous participez aux échanges avec l’équipe Machine Learning pour émettre un besoin métier clair sur les différents sujets de planification, pouvant être adressé par l’équipe Data Science et vous contribuez aux analyses des propositions d’évolutions des algorithmes.
Vous êtes responsable de la planification de la Haute Horlogerie :
En collaboration avec le High End Business Development vous traduisez les ambitions de ventes et d’assortiment en plan de besoin long terme
Vous partagez les besoins avec la manufacture et vous mettez en place les instances de planification collaborative selon les priorités
Vous participez à la séance charge capacité pour les mouvements manufacture afin d'arbitrer et d'optimiser les livraisons des produits finis
Vous prenez les décisions d’arbitrage et vous partagez la visibilité des livraisons
Afin d’augmenter le taux de service, vous identifiez les plans d’action avec chaque équipe.
En collaboration avec les équipes dédiées à Watches & Wonders, vous coordonnez la mise à disposition des Nouveautés pour le salon.
Vous accompagnez et vous encadrez les model builders Anaplan de votre équipe pour les différents projets Supply Chain permettant une meilleure efficacité opérationnelle notamment le projet de planification des pièces détachées.
Vous animez mensuellement les comités opérations Horlogerie et Haute Horlogerie pour partager les évolutions de performance de ventes, d’assortiment, les enjeux autour des nouveaux lancements, et les projections ventes, stock et production moyen terme.
Vous êtes en relation étroite avec les équipes Marketing, Supply Chain Joaillerie, les régions, et les équipes de la manufacture (planification, développement, administration des ventes…)
