PROJECT MANAGER JUNIOR 

 

La risorsa verrà inserita nell'area Industrializzazione e, dopo adeguato percorso di formazione, si occuperà dello sviluppo di progetti ad hoc e della standardizzazione ed ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali.

 

Requisiti:

 

  • Laurea in Ingegneria
  • Pregressa esperienza, anche minima, nell'ingegneria di processo
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca, requisito indispensabile
  • Conoscenza dei fondamenti della Lean manufacturing
  • Competenze di base sull'analisi e valutazione di tecnologie e processi produttivi
  • Competenze di base sulla pianificazione e progettazione del flusso di produzione
  • Conoscenze di base sulla rilevazione dei tempi e analisi dei costi di produzione
  • Conoscenza dei concetti di logistica industriale
  • Conoscenze di base sulle tecnologie per il controllo di processo

 

Completano il profilo buone capacità comunicative e di negoziazione, capacità di analisi e problem solving, propensione all'apprendimento.
