With an exciting future ahead, we are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and keen individual to join our Treasury team at our head office in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland. In this role, you will deliver high-quality services in managing the Group’s treasury, focusing primarily on loan and lease financing, as well as cash and asset management. Additionally, your responsibilities will include financial forecasting and modeling. The ideal candidate will possess some familiarity with term sheets and financings, along with strong numerical and Excel skills. This position offers comprehensive exposure to all facets of our business, providing a path to become a competent and vital team member. A keen interest in learning about corporate finance and treasury, particularly within the shipping and commodity sectors, and an eagerness to engage with our global business, will be beneficial. Please note, at this point only candidates with a Swiss work permit will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize loan and lease financing processes.
• Conduct cash and asset management to ensure financial stability.
• Perform financial forecasting and develop models to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate financial management strategies with broader business objectives.

Ideal Candidate

• University degree in finance, law or business administration, or numerical degree with relevant work experience
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Possesses a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in corporate treasury or financial management.
• Good understanding of financial markets (primarily bank markets)
• Interest in or prior experience within a shipping or commodities related field is welcome
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Is hands-on, hardworking, and efficient in managing complex tasks.
• Has experience working in a multi-cultural and international environment, understanding diverse perspectives.
• Believes in and actively promotes teamwork and collaboration within and across teams.

• Must hold a Swiss work permit.
