Consolidation and Financial Reporting Controller

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für eine Gruppe von Ländern und Unterstützung im Bereich Buchhaltung und Berichterstattung
- Überprüfung der Finanzberichterstattungspakete während der monatlichen, vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Abschlüsse
- Unterstützung bei der zeitnahen und genauen Aufzeichnung und Berichterstattung bedeutender Ereignisse und Transaktionen in den Konzernabschlüssen gemäß IFRS-Standards
- Aufbau einer starken Beziehung zu den Unternehmensfunktionen zur Unterstützung bei buchhaltungsbezogenen Fragen
- Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Berichtsanalysen zur Unterstützung fundierter Entscheidungsfindung und Teilnahme an anderen Sonderprojekten für das Konzern-ExCo, das Gebietsmanagement und das Senior Management
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung aller externen Publikationen (Integrierter Jahresbericht, Halbjahresbericht, Pressemitteilungen und Analystenpräsentationen)
- Bereitstellung technischer Unterstützung und Schulung für Länder und Unternehmensfunktionen bei Bedarf
- Sicherstellung der strikten Einhaltung der internen Kontrollsysteme über die Finanzberichterstattung (ICS), um die höchsten Standards an finanzieller Integrität und Transparenz zu wahren
- Globales Audit PMO: Gewährleistung der reibungslosen Durchführung der Konzern- und gesetzlichen Prüfungen sowie verantwortlich für die Sammlung von Informationen zur Unterstützung der Verhandlungen über Prüfungshonorare und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des externen Prüfungsprozesses
- Leitung des Bonusberechnungsprozesses
- Master-Abschluss in Finanzen, Buchhaltung oder einem verwandten Bereich (CPA oder gleichwertige Qualifikation wird oft bevorzugt).
- Bevorzugt etwa 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der externen Prüfung, in Beratungsfirmen oder in der Berichterstattungsabteilung eines internationalen Konzerns
- Erfahrung in multinationalen und multikulturellen Umgebungen
- Umfassendes Konsolidierungswissen
- Starke IFRS-Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Englisch als Arbeitssprache. Zusätzliche Sprachen sind sehr willkommen (Deutsch wird als Pluspunkt betrachtet)
