Ihre Aufgaben
Verantwortung für die Planung, Beschaffung, Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und laufende Sortimentsoptimierung bestehender Linien. Entwicklung von neuen Kollektionen (Produktentwicklung, Beschaffung, Sortimentierung) Überwachung und Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben zur Erzielung der Umsätze und Lagerwerte Analyse der Struktur, Preisstruktur und Life Cycles der Produkte sowie die Einhaltung der Margenvorgaben Analysen zu Wettbewerb, Marktgeschehen, Trends und Benchmarking Aktive Pflege des Lieferantennetzwerkes Kontaktperson bei allen produktbezogenen Fragen gegenüber den internen Stakeholdern
Ihre Kompetenzen
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Luxury Management o.ä. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Product Management oder in der Beschaffung Kenntnisse im Farbstein- und Diamantenbereich wünschenswert, idealerweise eine abgeschlossene gemmologische Weiterbildung Stilsichere Ausdrucksfähigkeit in den Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil Analytisches, vernetztes und unternehmerisches Denken Kreativer Charakter mit stilsicherem Auftreten und Gespür für Trends Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Integre, loyale, dynamische und belastbare Persönlichkeit
