As the HRIS Core intern, you will be in charge of:
• Participating in the Workday Implementation Project, focusing on HCM and Security modules
• Supporting Maisons, Regions, Functions and the HR Core teams on the technical usage of the Employee File Management tools, mainly coordinating and working with the team on the resolution of support tickets
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
• You are an excellent communicator , and you are rigorous and able to anticipate needs with a strong sense of initiative, and a good team spirit .
• You are organized and love to be challenged to solve problems.
• You are client oriented and open-minded , and like to connect the dots
• You are tech savvy , have strong Excel competencies, and are comfortable with relational database concepts (SQL)
• You are motivated to be a key player in making the workplace environment better for everyone and to contribute positively to the sense of purpose at work.
• SAP and UKG previous experience is a plus.
• You are fluent in English , French is a plus.
• You are available for a 6-month internship with starting date from ;
• You have an internship agreement with your school/university.
