Proven capability to think strategically while executing with precision. Capacity to understand the big picture and ability to be hands-on. Highly agile mindset, collaborative, solution oriented with capacity to influence and onboard people through change. Positive attitude and growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and keen eye for detail. Ability to drive change and to interface at all levels of the organization. Over 10 years of experience in a similar position, with a deep understanding of diverse cultures, environments and ideally having deployed a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Experience in a fast-paced and/or high-growth environment is a plus. Highly developed communication skills, bilingual English and French, both verbal and written.WHAT CAN WE OFFER?
