En tant que IT Business Analyst, vous serez chargé de la gestion des processus de facturation et de paiement dans un contexte B2C. Vous contribuerez à l'optimisation des systèmes existants et à l'intégration de nouvelles solutions technologiques.

Responsabilités Principales :

  • Analyser et comprendre en profondeur les processus de facturation B2C, incluant la gestion des notes de crédit, des ajustements, des remboursements et des différents moyens de paiement.
  • Conduire l'intégration des systèmes de paiement tels que Six/Wordline avec les interfaces existantes, optimisant l'efficacité et la sécurité des transactions.
  • Définir et implémenter des modèles de données pour les Business Object Models, assurant une gestion cohérente et optimisée des données.
  • Configurer et maintenir des API pour l'interconnexion des services et systèmes, assurant la fluidité des échanges de données.
  • Participer activement à la mise en place de solutions de reconnaissance de revenus conformes aux normes comptables.

  • Expérience significative en modélisation de données et en gestion d'API, avec une capacité démontrée à concevoir des solutions intégrées pour les systèmes de facturation et de paiement.
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes et pratiques de comptabilité, particulièrement dans les domaines des comptes débiteurs et créditeurs.
  • Fortes compétences en gestion de projet et en architecture IT, capable de mener des projets d'intégration complexes de bout en bout.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec un esprit critique pour identifier et résoudre les défis techniques et fonctionnels.
  • Aptitudes avancées en communication et en formation, capable de former et de guider les équipes de support applicatif.
  • Maîtrise des environnements Agile Scrum et des outils de développement tels que SAP SD, FI/CO, Salesforce, et API Connect.
