Your Tasks

Processing and coordinating spare parts orders from Subsidiaries and Service CentersMonitoring of parts availability within the global Pilatus networkResponding to spare parts related queriesInterfacing between internal departments such as logistics, procurement, accounting, export compliance, engineering etc.Processing of spare parts offers

With this you convince us

Technical or commercial educationCustomer Service experience, especially in aviation considered as a plusExperienced with ERPs preferably SAPEnglish level B2Ability to prioritize as required by urgency and taking ownership as well as naturally manage your stakeholdersWorking independently but being a team player at the same time
