Responsibilities:

  • Creating Investment Analysis Reports
  • Providing clients and team with information and data in verbal and written form as requested
  • Ensure efficient and prompt handling / controlling of orders, transactions, payments etc.
  • Responding to email and telephone correspondence with clients, banks and partner companies
  • Assist team in the day-to-day work servicing clients and handling administrative issues
  • Taking care of general office administration and correspondence

Requirements:

  • Full time in Pfäffikon (canton Schwyz)
  • Swiss working permit holder
  • Knowledge in investment products
  • Compliance Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance
  • Basic knowledge of Tax and Accounting
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Solid skills in MS Office Suite, strong Excel knowledge is required
  • Clear affinity for numbers, strength in financial analysis
  • Ability of set priorities and deliver high quality services under tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently, well organized, swift and accurate when under pressure
  • Quick learner
