Yourresponsibilities:

Activity linked to PackagingEngineering / ProjectManagement

  • Organize work in acommon approach toprojects.

  • Ability to defineobjectives.

  • Decisions ontechnical decisions onprojects.

  • Ensure projectmanagement with the project team at the technical level / deadlines/ delivery / quality / regulatory compliance / safety /environment.

  • Ensures thedelivery of savings according to the projectschedule.

  • Capital requestmanagement (Capex).

  • Ensuresproject pipelineavailability.

  • Processdevelopment or improvement: Analysis of current process / needs /definition of the environment to be respected / justification ofprofitability / supplier management / internal project management /participation in FMEA development /validation.

  • Coordinatesdiscussions and interventions with external providers andsuppliers.

Responsibilityfor processvalidations:

  • Developvalidation strategy, VAF (Validation Assessment Form), VP(Validation Plan)

  • EquipmentInstallation Validator(IQ)

  • Technical leader forwriting OQ/PQvalidations

 

Yourprofile:

Education

  • Engineeringdegree or equivalent

  • Fluencyin French and English, spoken andwritten

  • At least 3-5 years'experience in a similar field andfunction

Technicalskills

  • ProjectManagement

  • Industrialtechnicalknowledge

  • Packaging (medicalor food)

  • Process / Physicsknowledge

  • Quality / Safety /Environmentknowledge

  • Mastery ofstatistical tools (Minitab,etc.)

  • Knowledge ofmicrotechnologyprocesses

  • Computer skills(Office, Excel macro,etc.)

Relational /organizational skills

  • Able towork in a team andindependently

  • Project teammanagement, leadership and team-buildingskills

  • Ability tosynthesize,rigor

  • Presentation ofresults

  • Participation andleading of meetings in French andEnglish

  • Reportwriting

  • Ability to trainoperators andtechnicians

  • Ability tointerpret complex situations, problem-solving and decisionmaking

  • Knowledge of themedical field and regulatoryaffairs
