Die Select Service Partner (Schweiz) AG ist Teil des multinationalen gastronomischen Konzerns SSP Group plc. An den Standorten Zürich Flughafen und in der Stadt Zürich betreiben wir derzeit 24 Verkaufsstandorte und beschäftigen über 400 Mitarbeitende. Neben unseren Bespoke Konzepten Bellevue, NZZ Café, Startbar und Alpenblick führen wir in der Schweiz als Franchisenehmer auch berühmte Marken wie Burger King, fünf Starbucks Stores und neun Stores der englischen Marke Prêt a Manger.

Unit Manager 100% (m/w/d)
Deine Hauptaufgaben:
Führung des Units und der Mitarbeitenden Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufes Konstante Prüfung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Qualität Planung und Durchführung von Promotionen Erstellung der Einsatz- und Ferienplanung Rekrutierung (mit Unterstützung des Personalbüros), Schulung, Entwicklung und Führung der Mitarbeiter inklusive Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen Inventaraufnahmen, Stockkontrollen und Überwachung von Waren- und Personalaufwand Allgemeine administrative ArbeitenDein Profil:
Mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position Erfahrung in der Systemgastronomie von Vorteil Dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität (7-Tage Woche) Mobil (Frühdienst ab 4.45 Uhr) Fließendes Deutsch und gute EnglischkenntnisseWir bieten:
