Description du posteAu sein du département Finance et sous la responsabilité du Manager NPI, Votre mission principale sera d'être le responsable du choix des fournisseurs pour l'ensemble des composants de la nomenclature d'une montre en fonction des objectifs QCD (qualité, couts, délais) du projet. Vous devrez aussi piloter la performance du fournisseur sélectionné jusqu'au démarrage en série du projet ainsi que d'assurer un rôle de support fonctionnel auprès de l'équipe projet. Dans ce cadre là :
- Vous comprenez les besoins de l'équipe projet pour y répondre au mieux.
- Vous participez aux décisions stratégiques
- Vous communiquez aux fournisseurs le cahier des charges détaillé des composants en développement (délais, quantités, etc.).
- Vous sélectionnez les fournisseurs et prestataires en accord avec la stratégie d'achat définie par le commodity manager.
- Vous envoyez les demandes d'offres et assurez le suivi auprès des fournisseurs.
- Vous évaluez les propositions des fournisseurs et confirmez à l'équipe projet la sélection du prestataire le mieux adapté.
- Enfin, vous négociez les conditions d'achat et validez le choix du fournisseur en comité de sourcing
- Titulaire d'un diplôme lié aux achats, vous justifiez d'au moins 4 ans sur un poste similaire
- Vous avez une expérience en achat projet et une excellente maitrise du déroulement des processus achat
- Vous êtes proactif et savez prendre des initiatives
- Enfin, vous savez travailler aussi bien en autonomie qu'en équipe
Contrat CDD de 6 mois.
