Votre mission :

Pour renforcer l’équipe Synechron Suisse, nous cherchons notre futur(e) Support Specialist Avaloq. La mission est pour l’un de nos clients, une banque privée genevoise.

Vos responsabilités:

En tant que Support Specialist Avaloq chez Synechron, vos missions consisteront à:

  • Assurer le support Avaloq et périphériques de 2e niveau;
  • Prendre en charge, prioriser, coordonner et suivre les incidents de production sur la plateforme Avaloq ainsi que sur certains périphériques;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de Tech & Ops pour initier l’ouverture de problèmes visant à proposer des solutions pérennes aux incidents récurrents ou aux incidents à fort impact.

Qualifications

Votre profil et compétences :

Vous êtes notre pépite si techniquement :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'études supérieures en finance ou en informatique (HES/Master ou équivalent);
  • Vous avez déjà une expérience significative dans la paramétrisation ou le support d’une plateforme Avaloq;
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins trois ans d'expérience du domaine Transactionnel Bancaire (Stex, Corpac, Settlement ...);
  • Vous possédez la certification Avaloq;
  • Vous parlez couramment le français ainsi que l'anglais;  
  • Vous résidez en Suisse.
