Das erwartet dich

Du nimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der CONCORDIA war, um mit anderen Teammitgliedern Geschäftsprozesse mittels Business Process Management (BPM) zu orchestrieren und zu automatisieren. Du arbeitest eng mit Business Analysten und Fachverantwortlichen zusammen, um deren Anforderungen an die Steuerung von Fachprozessen zu verstehen und abzustimmen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Lösungskonzeption und Umsetzung der in BPMN 2.0 modellierten, zu automatisierenden Geschäftsprozessen. Dies umfasst Low-code Entwicklungen, Konfigurationen und die Beauftragung und Steuerung von externen Implementierungspartnern. Du übernimmst die Applikationsverantwortung für die BPM-Lösung und trägst die gesamtheitliche Verantwortung für deren Wartung und der darin abgebildeten Geschäftsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Software-Partnern. Du stellst den stabilen produktiven Betrieb der in BPM durchgeführten und überwachten Prozesse sicher und zeichnest dich verantwortlich für die systemübergreifende Analyse und Lösungsfindung technischer sowie fachlicher Fehler.

Das bringst du mit

Dich interessieren Geschäftsabläufe und du hast ein Flair für digitale Prozesse. Idealerweise hast du bereits ein Verständnis der Kernprozesse eines Krankenversicherers. Du hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Einsatz einer Business Process Engine – von Vorteil mit Flowable oder Camunda. Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bringst analytisches, strukturiertes und vernetztes Denkvermögen mit. Du besitzt eine fundierte Informatik-Ausbildung. Ein Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Informatik oder in verwandter Richtung ist erwünscht. Du bist sattelfest in «Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0» zur Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen. Du bist Feuer und Flamme für die Prinzipien unserer neuen IT-Kultur: #keepitsimple | #committed | #together | #open-minded. Du beherrschst Deutsch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift (Konzernsprache). Im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Dokumentationen ist die englische Sprache für dich kein Hindernis.
