Your responsibilities will be to:

Lead the assembly department during the morning shift or afternoon shift: 
o Production Team (17 Operators + 1x Shift Leader per shift)
o Quality Team (2 Q-inspectors per shift + 1x Q-technician)
o Maintenance Team in dot line

Lead the KPIs in their evaluation and monitoring - in order to achieve the required productivity & quality targets

Analyze the line data, evaluate the problems generated by the assembly lines and define the necessary countermeasures in cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality) through the implementation of CIPs and prevention plans

Optimize production workshop layout, workflows, work organization and lead CIPs for safety and efficiency

Lead the daily QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings

Be involved in line release and PPAP submission of new actuators in collaboration with the Customer Quality team

Be involved in the change (management) activities for the assembly lines in collaboration with the Customer Quality team

Manage the quarantine and the incoming inspection in collaboration with the Team Leader Quality Components

Participate and organize internal workstation audits in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3

Maintain a high level of training for all teams through a training plan designed to meet the company's current and future needs

Share and ensure that "Good Manufacturing Practices", including 5S and safety rules, are applied by all employees.

Our requirements:

Engineering degree – preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

Management skills - Relevant leadership experience of more than 3 years in similar positions in a modern manufacturing environment – preferably automotive industry

Relevant experience in the problem-solving methodology by using Q-tools such as 8D, Fault-Tree Analysis, Ishikawa…

Knowledge of APQP and related disciplines (P-FMEA, control plans, etc.)

Basic technical experience in DC / BLDC / stepper motors, injection, stamping

Knowledge of digital IT tools such as MS Power Platform

Proficient French and English language skills - both written and verbal (knowledge of German is considered as a plus)

Capable of dealing with pressure and able to voice his/her opinion

You are rigorous, reliable and precise. 0 PPM mentality
