Job description

You independently manage the on-site office, ensuring effective communication between ETH Zurich, organizers, participants, Monte Verità staff, and the local public. You welcome groups, handle travel expense reimbursements, and issue participation confirmations. You maintain the contact database, coordinate the distribution of promotional materials, and oversee public computer maintenance with the assistance of IT support. Additionally, you provide support to the administrative management in various tasks, including website maintenance, public relations, and communication with the scientific advisory board.

The ideal start date is 1st October

We offer a permanent 50 - 70 % position

Your profile

Commercial or equivalent training with several years of professional experience in administration Excellent written and spoken English and spoken Italian skills German skills are a plus Strong service orientation and communication skills Experience and the ability to manage computer-based administrative processes (e.g. MS Office)  A high degree of independence, commitment and initiative certain experience in public relations are welcome
