Onboarding Officer - Temporary Position - One-year contract

The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. COO employees are committed to providing, with professionalism and enthusiasm, an efficient, proactive, high-quality service that meets the needs of clients within the context of the Bank’s overall strategy.

Mission

Reporting to HR Risk Officer, you are in charge of screening procedures for the whole new joiners and current employees.

Challenges

To be able to adapt to varying priorities quickly, to be versed in multitasking and to be able to prioritize efficiently.

Main responsibilities

- Contact new joiners and current employees

- Search additional informations

- Be able to have an updated track record on the ongoing files

- Summarise information and prepare a final report

- Be able to detect and raise discrepancies, escalate all risks detected

Education

Bachelor degree

Experience required:

At least 3-years' experience in client management administration or in administrative position.

Fluent in English and in French ; any other additional language would be a plus
