Key Responsibilities

• Mise en place and food preparation for our à la carte restaurant Delta and our hotel restaurant with high-quality buffets, banquets or half-board dishes
• Ensuring very high food quality
• Supporting the head chef
• Correct receipt and storage of goods
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and food legislation

• Completed education as a cook
• Experience in à la carte and banqueting
• Experience in upscale catering
