As End to End Planning Manager, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Management Director.
This is a permanent contract with a flexible start date.
As End to End Planning Manager you :
Manage the processes and flows of :Sales & Operations PlanningProject management and the interface with FinanceProduction PlanningEngineering change coordination and operations level Lead worldwide SAP S4 Hana set-up and deployment in above area and aligned with defined processes for the manufacturing sites Lead breakthrough projects to deliver savings in the Product Lines (PL). are the Systems Product owner for above scope Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks :
Worldwide scope of responsibilities and actions including 30-50% working time travelling across BOBST's 19 production sites.
Standard Processes and Guidelines :Common business processes definition and implementationDevelop common guidelines and standards as per the functional requirementEnsure the system reflects defined business processes & GuidelinesMaintain training materialsTrain local sites on S&OP, Production planning and Project management domainsMaintain the local network related to the defined scopeInitiate and lead workshops on various related topics EPICs :Acting as BPO for S&OP, PP, PS and ECM DomainContinuous looking towards operational best practicesIdentify opportunities for breakthrough projectsBusiness case establishment aligned with local SCM organizationsLead project implementations respecting the Cost, Time and DeliverablesContribution and support in cross PL and Stream related topics Products Lines & Sites Support :Support the sites and PLs to identify actions to drive the expected level of functional maturityProvide expertise, tools and methods to the sites/PLsSupport sites/PL in actions execution Key Performance Indicators :
Define & Maintain operational KPI for S&OP, Project management and production planning departments Your Profil :
