Mission

Instrument Data Management oriented mission in order to tackle 2024 challenges on Data Management platforms for CID replacement project

Challenges

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

Main responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting project involving the replacement of our in-house Security Master system with Markit EDM as a Managed Service. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the decommissioning of the existing Security Master and the successful implementation of the new solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders across various departments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives.

Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams and solution architects to design an effective and efficient Security Master replacement solution using Markit EDM, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.

Autonomy and Initiative: Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and initiative in driving the analysis and design process, proactively identifying potential issues and proposing innovative solutions.

Documentation: Produce clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappings, to support the development and implementation of the new Security Master solution.

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, effectively communicating project progress, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate system functionality, and ensure that the implemented solution meets business requirements and quality standards.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users during the transition to the new Security Master system, ensuring a smooth adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.

Education

Education: Master Degree IT Tools: Markit EDM

Experience

Years of experience: 7-10 : senior Experience required: Data ManagementSecMaster Experience in private banking: Mandatory
