Deine Mission
Deine Aufgaben
Unterstützen der PC-Anwender bezüglich Arbeitsplätzen & Peripheriegeräten 1st-Level Support der Anwender im Windows10- und Microsoft-Office-Umfeld & Ticketing Betreuung der Spezialprogramme Netzwerk Support Bearbeiten und Überwachen der Incidents und Anfragen im Helpdesk Tool Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten Verantwortlich für eine hohe User Happiness
Deine Stärken
Eine abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung oder entsprechende Erfahrung in der Informatik Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Netzwerk, MS-Office Kenntnisse in IOS und Android Support Kenntnisse in Active Directory, SCCM Gutes technisches Wissen und Know-how im Client Support Bereich Serviceorientiert & selbständige Arbeitsweise
