For our Mechanical Production department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for an independent, assertive and goal-oriented personality with a medium-term option for succession planning as a department manager. 

Your tasks

Technical and personnel management of the team of 11 employees Professional deputy in the absence of the head of department Responsibility for the fine-tuning of PPS production orders within the production team Planning and realization of equipment and prototype orders Ensuring the transfer of know-how for technical production processes as well as the independent setup and maintenance of tools and machines  Formulating technical requirements for machine, tool, equipment and fixture construction for the attention of the department manager Creating and maintaining documentation for production, quality assurance and production planning

Your profile

Completed mechanical vocational training Further technical and / or business management training (e.g. process technician HF, technical business management assistant, NDS business management HF) or similar Management experience is a mandatory requirement sound IT and ERP knowledge and very good German and intermediate English skills
