Die BIOTRONIK AG mit Sitz in Bülach, Zürich, entwickelt und stellt Stents und Ballonkatheter zur Behandlung von kardiovaskulären und endovaskulären Erkrankungen her. Der Bereich Global Supply Chain VI hat in einem stark regulierten Umfeld die Aufgabe die gesamte Supply Chain sowohl „End 2 End“ als auch über alle Unternehmensebenen hinweg zu optimieren und unsere Verkaufsorganisationen termingerecht zu beliefern. Zur Verstärkung der Abteilung Order Fulfillment suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin ein neues Teammitglied im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben

Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Bestellungen unserer Verkaufsorganisationen und Distributoren Abwicklung der weltweiten Transporte und Erstellen der dafür notwendigen Export- und Zolldokumente Prüfen und Nachverfolgen der Liefertermine Kontaktpflege und Kommunikation mit den weltweiten Verkaufsorganisationen sowie mit externen Dienstleistern Aktives Mitgestalten bei der Weiterentwicklung der internen Prozesse und Systeme Leitung von Projekten zu Prozessoptimierungen im Bereich Order Fulfillment

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung/Fachausweis im Bereich Aussenhandel/Export Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Export und Auftragsabwicklung Sichere Anwendung von MS365 Sehr gute SAP Kenntnisse (SD, MM) Fliessende Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
