Der Bereich periphere Katheterentwicklung erforscht und entwickelt Stentsysteme und Ballonkatheter, deren Komponenten sowie die zugehörigen Fertigungstechnologien und Testmethoden. Um der weltweit führende Innovator zu bleiben und mit unserem breiten Portfolio zu bestehen, ist ein grosses Spektrum von Produkt- und Technologieentwicklung gefordert.

Ihre Aufgaben

Innovative Entwicklung und Evaluation neuer Produkte, Herstellungsverfahren und Testmethoden Gelenkte Prozess- und Produktentwicklung für Stentsysteme und Ballonkatheter: Prozess- und Produktionsmittelentwicklungen Designentwicklung von Komponenten und Produkten Fachliche Mitarbeit beim Risikomanagement Verifizierung und Validierung Transfer inklusive Produktionsdokumentation Mitarbeit und Vertretung der R&D Aspekte in interdisziplinären Projektteams Leitung von Fach- und Technologieprojekten inkl. verantwortlicher Planung, fachlicher Gestaltung, Steuerung und Reporting

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Design- und Prozess-Entwicklung in der Medizintechnik, idealerweise im Bereich der Vaskulären Intervention Erfahrung in Design Control konformer Entwicklung in reguliertem Umfeld Kenntnisse jobspezifischer Software (Statistik, CAD, FEA, etc.) und Methoden der statistischen Versuchsplanung (DoE) Erfahrung in Konstruktion von Vorteil Kommunikative, lösungs- und praxisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
