Für unseren Kunden, ein Grossunternehmen mit Standort in Rotkreuz suchen wir per Mitte Juli oder nach Vereinbarung, im Contracting für ein Jahr, mit Option auf Verlängerung
MSAT Mechanical Engineer (m/w/d) (EB) 100%
AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
• Wartung, Kalibrierung und Instandhaltung für automatisierte Maschinen im regulierten Umfeld• Koordinieren, planen und durchführen von Änderungen / Verbesserungen an den Anlagen• Ersatzteilbeschaffung für die Anlagen koordinieren• Dokumente für den Betrieb anpassen (z.B. Arbeitsanweisungen, Wartungsanweisungen)• Planen von Wartungsfenstern mit Absprache (Produktion, Site Technik, externen Providern) · GMP gerecht dokumentieren• Geräte Inbetriebnahme und Ausserbetriebnahme• Pikettdienst leisten und Störungsbehebungen (ca. 8 Wochenenden im Jahr)• Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung der Instandhaltung (Industrie 4.0; Predicitive maintenance; papierlose Dokumentation)
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
• Abschluss in den Disziplinen Polymechanik / Anlage und Apparatebauer oder ähnlichen technischen Hintergrund• Elektrotechnische / Mechanische Erfahrung von mindestens 2-3 Jahren (Schaltpläne lesen / Fehleranalyse)• Gute Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen• Deutsch fliessend mit guter Grammatik (Dokumentation)• Teamorientiertes Verhalten• Eigenständiges Erarbeiten und Selbstständiges Arbeiten• Lokale Nähe zum Arbeitsplatz
