About the team you are joining

You will be an integral part of our dynamic and forward-lookingArchitecture team, consisting of Domain, Solution, Integration and EnterpriseArchitects. Our team is dedicated to shaping the strategic technology directionof our organization, ensuring the alignment of IT solutions with businessobjectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Architecture Salesforce and SolutionDesign you will drive innovation for IATA and the Aviation Industry at large.

The Architecture team serves as the visionary force behind ourtechnology landscape. We lead efforts to design and implement enterprise-wide unifiedsolutions, establish technology standards, and provide guidance on technologyinvestments. As the Senior ManagerEnterprise Architect you will play a pivotal role in defining our technologyroadmap to ensure that our IT initiatives deliver high quality Digital Productsand Services for today and for the future.

What your day would be like

Collaborate with IATA and Industry business leadersand stakeholders to understand strategic goals and define technologyrequirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive architectureblueprints and roadmaps that guide technology decisions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends torecommend innovative solutions.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence toarchitectural principles and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship tocross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Partner with project managers, developers and productowners to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. This can include allaspects of designing modern IT Solutions in an Agile SCRUM team.


We would love to hear from you if

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or arelated field.
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect (or a similar role) in theAviation Industry or a large organization.
Expertise in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-levelsystems.
Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (, TOGAF, Zachman).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Expertise with cloud technologies and modern application architectures.
Relevant certifications, such as Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) orAWS Certified Solutions Architect.
