Project Coordinator for Global Engineering Team

In this role you are part of the Global Engineering Capex team of a BIG Pharma in the French speaking part of Switzerland. In general, the Project Coordinator will be directly collaborating with the rest of the project team and site validation teams to direct the implementation of manufacturing and packaging projects You * act as the central point in the project coordination

  • facilitate and manage the "project cockpit" activities
  • liaise with project leads and core teams
  • follow > anticipate > expedite > escalate
  • consolidate documentation to deliver an integrated project reporting system

Your Challenge * in charge of the key "project coordination" activities

  • collect data - prepare reporting and correspondence.
  • centralizing - orchestrating flow of information
  • keeping key indicators and registers up to date
  • ensure visibility short term activities
  • ensure the scheduling follow-up of the critical due actions
  • ensure actions completion in due dates - escalating deviations
  • prepare key project meeting for follow-up

Your Skills * proven experience in project execution - project management - project control - project reporting

You work independently and to influence and work across organizational boundaries. We look for as strong team player, willing to work in an environment where individual initiative, accountability to the team, and professional maturity are required. You have an excellent verbal and written command of English and French. On site presence required min 4days/week. |
