As an Experienced Analog IC Designer, you will be working in a multicultural team with extensive experience in RF and digital communication design. You will have the chance to contribute to a full transceiver chip in an advanced technology node. Additionally, you will be responsible to design important analog RF circuit blocks and also closely collaborate with the System and Digital team.

In your new role you will:

  • Develop analog RF circuits for UWB transceivers in CMOS technology
  • Be responsible for analog circuit design for integrated circuits in modern CMOS technologies
  • Handle independent design and simulation of circuit blocks (e.g. high-speed DAC, RF receivers)
  • Develop circuit concepts for new blocks
  • Be responsible for verification of circuits at the module and system levels
  • Work on the documentation and review of circuits and verification results
  • Guide and mentor less experienced colleagues
Although you are able to develop your tasks independently, you work effectively as part of a global team, always being willing to both give and take help when necessary. Your proactive personality allied with your excellent communication skills allow you to solve problems in an effective way and mitigate risks early. Your track record in taking projects to completion is supported by your ability to take ownership and deliver to agreed specification and schedule. Furthermore, you have a detail-oriented mindset and enjoy driving innovation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, preferably with specialization in Microelectronics
  • At least 9 years of experience in designing analog circuits, with a focus on RF circuits for wireless communication and preferably know-how in ADPLLs
  • Proficiency in using EDA tools such as Cadence
  • Strong mathematical, statistical, analytical, and conceptual skills
  • Precise and clear documenting methodology with excellent written expression
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
