Improvement of AOG supportQuickly respond to customer AOG requests in the most effective wayAssure that service customer requests are in line with contractual parameters to ensure smooth operationsCollaborating with Subsidiaries, Customers & Service CentersSourcing of materialArranging and tracking of ongoing shipments worldwide

Technical or commercial educationSeveral years of professional experience in the field of material management, customer service spare parts or aircraft maintenanceKnowledge in using technical documentation to identify materials and experienced with ERPs preferably SAPEnglish level B2Ability to prioritize as required by urgency and taking ownership as well as naturally manage your stakeholdersWorking independently but being a team player at the same time
