Procurement Analyst
We are currently looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team at AmBev (part of the AB InBev family) in Risch-Rotkreuz, Switzerland.

The role:
Provide support for procurement activities with stakeholders, for example: factories, commodity officers and suppliers;
Seek opportunities for cost savings within procurement topics;
Provide support during alignments with suppliers;
Provide support for internal processes and tools to manage procurement activities;
Maintain good communication channels with controlling teams;
Provide support for decision making (both informational and analytical);
Execute sales and marketing related duties with the aim to meet the expectations and goals of the stakeholders;
Set-up forecast and predictive analytics tools for the procurement activities.
Who we’re looking for:
1-3 years of relevant business experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Very good stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of procurement process covering one or more of the following areas: Category management and Strategic Sourcing, Risk Management, Contract Management, Supplier management and/or Procure to Pay;
Experience in process mapping;
Knowledge of procurement related technologies (e.g. Ariba, Coupa) and Corporate Finance;
Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain is a plus;
Experience in reporting and data visualization (e.g. PowerBi);
Bachelor’s Degree can be a plus – Supply Chain, Data analytics;
Fluency in English is a must-have; German or Portuguese is a plus.
