Tu seras mis.e au défi, tu seras encouragé.e et tu te développeras. Le/La Sales Support Specialist soutient l'équipe Out of Home Field en Suisse Romande et au Tessin dans les processus administratifs et organisationnels et rapporte directement au Sales Manager West.  TES PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS  Réalisation de diverses tâches administratives pour l'équipe Out of Home Field.  Soutien administratif et opérationnel du Sales Manager, des Area Sales Managers et du l’équipe Capability.  Organisation de réunions, coordination de séjours et sessions de formations internes, préparation et rédaction de présentations et rapports.  Collecte et traitement des données spécifiques aux clients concernant le marché, l'assortiment, les produits et les consommateurs.  Rédaction et coordination des messages destinés aux clients ainsi que la relecture et traduction de documents en français.  Coordination et soutien lors de l'élaboration des briefings du service externe et des séances régionales regroupant les équipes de vente  Support Facility pour les sites et dépôts Région West  Soutien dans le cadre de projets spécifiques aux clients (comme certains contrats relatifs aux équipements et utilisation de budgets marketing)  Création de diverses analyses (SAP, données clients) et suivi des activités promotionnelles des équipes de vente West  Suivi des commandes des boissons du personnel, du matériel de bureau et catering lié au site de Vufflens-la-Ville  Support IT et gestion du flux des communications et matériel  EST-CE QUE ÇA TE CORRESPOND? Apprentissage CFC terminé dans le domaine commercial  Première expérience professionnelle requise  Connaissance des systèmes SAP et MS Office  Tu possèdes une méthode de travail minutieuse et structurée  Tu as un goût prononcé pour les chiffres et utilises Excel avec aisance  Tu es analytique, communicatif.ve et orienté.e client.  Le français est ta langue maternelle et tu parles couramment anglais, allemand et/ou italien.  Tu possèdes un permis de conduire valable  Merci de postuler en ligne et de nous envoyer ton dossier de candidature complet, y compris lettre de motivation, certificats de travail, etc. en un seul PDF.
