For ourclient Merck in Aubonne, we are looking for a QualityAssurance – Documentation and Training Specialist (all genders) fora period of 12 months.

Your role: 

As member of the Quality System& Compliance group, you will be responsible for the dailyoperational activities relating to training, documentation andarchiving processes:
  • Documentation andarchiving:
  • Manage the distribution and lifecycle of GxP documentation.
  • Administration ofoperational activities.
  • Administrate active BCPonce it's activated.
  • Act as key user for thedocumentation management system(DMS)
 Training:
  • Administrationof operational activities
  • Provide trainings forareas under your responsibility
  • Act as key userfor Learning Management System LMS

 Projects
  • Process improvement of areasunder your responsibilities
  • Automatization ofroutine tasks (with tools like Power Apps, PowerAutomate)

 Yourprofile:
  • Bachelor in scientificeducation.
  • Digital mindset andknowledge.
  • Ability to work inteams.
  • Promote continuousimprovement.
  • 2 years in pharmaceuticalindustry.
  • Experience in training, documentationmanagement and archiving process.
  • Experience inQuality Assurance.
  • Fluent in French, basics inEnglish
